The Mystic Falls High School Class of 201? (don’t ask us what year it is in that town right now) is ready to throw their graduation caps in the air in the Season 4 finale, but what comes after that? TVLine has some The Vampire Diaries spoilers that give a few hints!
“There’s going to be a lot of questions about, ‘Who am I? What am I going to do with my life? What am I meant to be? Where am I meant to go?’” executive producer Julie Plec tells the site. “All of our characters will be faced with that question as they make decisions about whether to stay or go, go to college, travel the world, break up, stay together. A lot of big, important life decisions as we say goodbye to the high school chapter of the show.”
Julie recently told TV Guide that at least a few members of the crew will enroll at Whitmore College — the place of Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena’s (Nina Dobrev) blood-fueled dirty dancing party. Others, she said, may head out of town.
Matt (Zach Roerig) especially will be conflicted, but we can’t imagine TVD without any of the crew.
Sob! Why did they have to grow up so fast?! (OK, it took four seasons to get through two years, but still!)
