The Vampire Diaries Season 4 Finale Title Revealed
We love/dread this time of year. The Vampire Diaries Season 4 finale airs May 16, and while we can’t wait to see what happens to the Mystic Falls gang, we’re sad to see another year of the show come to a close. (Not to mention an entire summer without new episodes. Ugh.)
We know Season 4, Episode 23 will feature Stefan (Paul Wesley), Elena (Nina Dobrev), and their Mystic Falls High School classmates graduating. According to The Futon Critic, the episode is appropriately titled “Graduation.”
More interesting, however, is the site’s news about Season 4, Episode 22. Its title is “The Walking Dead.” Not only is it a nod to the graphic-novel-turned-TV-show about zombies, it gives another hint about who may show up in the episode.
Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) and Alaric (Matt Davis) are both headed back to Mystic Falls, and it doesn’t have to be a flashback if Silas manages to destroy the Other Side. All the dead vampires, witches, hybrids, and other supernaturals would return. Cue the rejoicing... and the regret.
Something tells us it won’t just be friendly types who appear. Remember the tomb vampires who went after Caroline (Candice Accola) in Season 3, Episode 6, “Ghost World”?
This may be the closest Mystic Falls gets to a zombie apocalypse.
