We’ve been waiting to see Bonnie (Kat Graham) break bad on The Vampire Diaries for a long time now. We’re not entirely sure she won’t screw Katherine (Nina Dobrev) out of Qetsiyah’s invulnerability spell by the time Season 4 is over, but if she doesn’t the witch could be headed for dark magic territory.
In a new poster from The CW, the unlikely duo are wearing typical Mystic Falls forest gowns. The tag reads, “If the plan involves Katherine, the devil’s in the details.”
In Season 4, Episode 21, “She’s Come Undone,” the spellcaster decided she wants Silas’s tombstone so she can lower the veil between this world and the Other Side on her own schedule — not Silas’s. Katherine agreed to hand it over, if Qetsiyah will make her immortal like the shapeshifter.
Bonnie seems to be going rogue on this one. In the promo for Season 4, Episode 22, “The Walking Dead,” Damon (Ian Somerhalder) says, “We need to stop Bonnie from doing the spell.” It doesn’t sound like everyone’s on board with the witch’s plan.
She told Katherine she has her own reasons for lowering the veil. Does Bonnie just really want Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) back — or is she planning on taking out Silas, Katherine, and anyone else who gets in her way?
