In The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 23, “Graduation,” Elena (Nina Dobrev) finally comes to a decision about the Salvatore brothers. In Nina Dobrev’s opnion, her character should opt for a little “me” time, but Elena definitely chooses one over the other. Will Season 5 be the year of Delena or Stelena? Whether or not Elena and Stefan (Paul Wesley) get back together, he definitely finds out some troubling information about Silas.

Executive producer Julie Plec says of the triangle, “We will know, when the finale is over, where everyone stands in the context of the Stefan/Damon/Elena triangle. It will definitely set all three of them on a very different and interesting path when we move forward."
Maybe Elena’s choice will be influenced by whether or not the sire bond is broken?
While there are photos of Elena and Damon looking close (and him looking shirtless) in the Season 4 finale, we have yet to see any evidence of her with Stefan.
