The Vampire Diaries star stepped out in Studio City, California on July 20 for what appeared to be a date at the Farmers Market with Nikki Reed. Revealing that you're off the market while at the market? So meta.
The 35-year-old actor and the 26-year-old Twilight actress looked super touchy-feely while strolling around. At one point Ian even wrapped his arms around Nikki from behind and rested his chin on her shoulder! If that's not enough to spark a "new couple alert," we don't know what is. Not to mention that these two were spotted going for a jog together the day before!
