Meet New Orleans’ head vamp in charge! The Originals, The Vampire Diaries new spin-off, has added Charles Michael Davis to the cast as Marcel, Deadline reports.
Klaus’s (Joseph Morgan) former protege is “[w]icked, wild, and charismatic … a former kicked-around street rat who now calls the shots in the supernatural playground of New Orleans.” Marcel uses said charisma as much as his vamp power to get what he wants. Definitely sounds like he learned a thing to two from the OV!
Speaking of the Originals, Elijah (Daniel Gillies) must make a pact with those New Orleans citizens who want to see Marcel take a fall; apparently Klaus is feeling “self-destructive” and is need of redemption.
Yikes. We don’t even want to know what the hybrid did that he needs “redemption.”
