Hold your horse (drawings), Klaroline fans. If you want Caroline (Candice Accola) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) together on The Vampire Diaries, you’ll should know that she and Tyler (Michael Trevino) aren’t even broken up.
According to what Candice Accola tells TV Guide, despite the hybrid’s absence from Mystic Falls, Tyler and Caroline are still very much a couple. “I think Caroline is very convinced that she can convince Klaus to back off, so that's going to be her new goal moving forward. By no means was this a breakup for her,” explains Candice.
The TVD star points out that Tyler has had a deep impact on Caroline’s life, saying, “Tyler was the first person who accepted her for who she was and allowed her to blossom. So, I feel like it's that first true love and right now it's very strong and unbreakable.”
Caroline and Tyler may be immortal, but who knows if those feelings will last forever. As Candice points out, they’re still in high school.
