New The Originals Tarot Card Released

In the backdoor pilot for the new CW show, Sophie and Jane-Anne conspired to capture the pregnant Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin). After Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) killed her sister, Sophie vowed to take him down — with the Originals’ help.

Over at our new favorite tarot card website, tarot-lovers.com, we learned a little more about the high priestess card, in case it gave us some clues about what’s in store for Sophie in Season 1 of The Originals.

We can see why Sophie is the high priestess — or la papessa. The card represents “[i]ntuition, wisdom, and secret knowledge.” Considering Sophie’s gift for detecting if someone is pregnant, that makes sense. Then there’s this: “Something remains yet to be revealed, but patience must be observed. Duality and mystery.” We can’t wait to find out what that is. Some of the key word associated with the high priestess are psychic and artistic ability.
