Warning! Potential Vampire Diaries spoilers from Season 5, Episode 1.
Things are certainly heating up in The Vampire Diaries Season 5! If you thought Matt Donovan (Zach Roerig) was just the quiet boy next door, well, his world travels have certainly changed him.
The TVD cast visited New Jersey for a fan convention over the weekend, and according to some of the audience’s tweets, Matt is having a wild time in Europe. During his panel, Zach said he’d already shot his first scene of Season 5 — one in which Matt was in bed with two ladies.
Though he didn’t name names, he did say one of them is Russian. If it's true, she could very well be Russian model Olga Fonda (Nikita), who’s been cast as the “emotional and beautiful” Nadia. In Prague, Nadia runs into Matt and Rebekah (Claire Holt) at a bar — and flirts with both. Apparently, things escalate from there!
Nadia also follows Matt home to Mystic Falls. With Bex headed to New Orleans to be with her family, could the mysterious, lonely Nadia take her place in Matt’s heart (or at least his bed)?
