Yowza! We hardly recognized the always gorgeous Candice Accola (Caroline Forbes) in this picture! She looks a little like Taylor Swift to us!
The Vampire Diaries actress posted a photo on Instagram of an upcoming photoshoot with Ouch magazine. She wrote, “Shot with @ouchmagazine for their august cover today! Had an 80's blast! Here's a sneak peek ;).”
We’re not used to seeing Candice with ruby red lips and full-on bangs. We’re loving the look, Candice, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the shoot looks like! (Especially since we were denied seeing Caroline '80s out for the cancelled Decade Dance.)
The blond bombshell is on a bit of a break while the TVD spin-off films in New Orleans. She stopped by KTLA earlier in the week to talk about why Elena (Nina Dobrev) is having a much more difficult transition to vampirism than Caroline ever did.
““She’s got a lot more to grieve, and Caroline was more just grieving wanting to have a boyfriend,” Candice explained in the interview. “So, it was a very different transition.”
Let’s hope Caroline will have the same compassion Candice does. Otherwise, the newly emotionless Elena may just try to rip her friend’s head off again!
