The annual CW Young Hollywood Awards are when all Tinseltown’s hottest stars come out to play! On hand to represent the cast of The Vampire Diaries was the smoldering Ian Somerhalder, who looked sexy on the red carpet in a pinstripe suit by Simon Spurr.
