Nina Dobrev and Paul Wesley Dropped Out of College
After graduating in 2007 from the Wexford Collegiate School in Scarborough, Ontario, Nina Dobrev attended Toronto’s Ryerson University, where she majored in sociology. By 2008 — having already appeared in two season of Degrassi: The Next Generation — Nina dropped out of college to pursue acting full-time.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Paul Wesley began acting at the age of 16. By the time he graduated high school, he had already appeared in several episodes of the popular soap opera Guiding Light.
