Paul Wesley Wants Stefan Salvatore to Become a WHAT?

Buzzfeed asked TV stars what advice they would give their on-screen counterparts given the chance, and Paul Wesley’s tip for Stefan Salvatore is quite unexpected. What vocation does the Vampire Diaries star want Stefan to take up? Read on to find out!
“Take a step back, grow some balls, man up, go chop some wood, and be a lumberjack for a while,” Paul advised his on-screen counterpart. We have to admit: we did not see that coming, though we suppose this advice is as good as any. In the wake of Damon’s seeming death and Mystic Falls’ magic-free zone, Stefan might be in need of some secluded soul-searching. Lumberjacking would keep him busy and off-the-grid, and he his super vampire strength to make the job simple.
Frankly, there’s every possibility Stefan could be a lumberjack when we see him again in Season 6. There will be a “substantial time jump” between the seasons, and many months will have passed. Stefan could be anywhere and doing anything at this point, especially given the “rebirth” theme rumored to steer Season 6.
Executive producer Julie Plec told The Hollywood Reporter: "The way we look at it, Season 6 is a beautiful and organic reset. The theme of the season is everybody gets to start over. That's what we're going to do.” Will Stefan be starting over as a lumberjack? Probably not, but it might be worth it just do see the centuries old vampire in flannel.
