While most of the Vampire Diaries stars spent Fourth of July weekend in the States, Ian Somerhalder was busy on an ad campaign in Lake Como, Italy. The blue-eyed hottie got intimate with model Ana Beatriz Barros, looking super sophisticated in a suit for Azzaro’s latest fragrance.

Of course, we adore Ian Somerhalder when he’s all dressed up, but we love him even more when he keeps it casual and cool.
