The Vampire Diaries Synopsis For Season 4, Episode 20: “The Originals”
Are you sitting down? The synopsis for The Vampire Diaries spin-off The Originals is here! Season 4, Episode 20 will serve as the backdoor pilot for the potential series, and it will air April 25.
Klaus (Joseph Morgan) learns someone is plotting against him in New Orleans, so he heads to Louisiana to revisit the city he and siblings shaped during the early 1900s. His former protégé, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis), is now in charge of the town, holding serious power over the supernaturals and humans alike.
Elijah (Daniel Gillies) wants Klaus to find redemption, so he too goes to the Big Easy. There, he encounters Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin). The werewolf was looking for her familial roots and got tangled up with Sophie (Daniella Pineda), a witch with great power.
Don’t worry, though. It’s not all Originals and the French Quarter. Back in Mystic Falls, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) are still trying to help Elena (Nina Dobrev) regain her emotions.
Katherine (Nina Dobrev) confronts her former fork-wielding nemesis, Rebekah (Claire Holt), whom she asks to impart a message after showing her vulnerable side. Yep, she has one of those! Elijah just brings that out in the ladies.
