The Vampire Diaries: 5 Questions We Want Answered in Season 4, Episode 19

The Vampire Diaries always leaves us guessing, especially now that the cure has finally been found. (Hallelujah!) We have tons of questions that we hope will be answered in Season 4, Episode 19, “Pictures of You.”
 What’s Elijah going to do with the cure — and has he forgiven Katherine?
He’s got the power — and the power suits. Elijah (Daniel Gillies) now holds the cure (we think). Unless Katherine (Nina Dobrev) is playing her (former?) boyfriend, the Original is free to dispense the humanity-giving dose to whomever he chooses. Will he honor Kat’s wishes and give it to Klaus (Joseph Morgan) or let his sister, Rebekah (Claire Holt), have the thing she’s been dreaming of? And if Elijah does hand over the cure to Klaus, does it mean he trusts Kat and wants to travel the world with her? Imagine the fanfic!
Why does Elena want to go to prom?
Elena (Nina Dobrev) has been pretty surly ever since the Salvatores decided she needed curing. Yet she shows up at prom with Stefan (Paul Wesley) on one side and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) on the other. Shouldn’t this no-emotions vamp be over wanting to attend a high school dance? It’s not like she’s Rebekah or something.
Is Bonnie OK?
It’s been a rough few days (weeks?) for Bonnie (Kat Graham). She has been brainwashed by Silas, got amnesia, was nearly killed by a coven, and had to find out twice that Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) died. We didn’t get any answer about her mental state in the last episode, but she shows up at prom all decked out. Guess she’s taking all that pretty well?
 Does Elijah know about Kol?
Elijah and Elena had a little heart-to-heart about dead brothers in Pennsylvania. It seemed odd that the Original expressed sympathy over Jeremy when Elena was so instrumental in Kol’s (Nathaniel Buzolic) death — and that was before the whole “no humanity” thing. Is Elijah just that restrained and polite, or will he lose that cool demeanor when he finds out the news?
 Is Stefan really over Elena?
How does that song go? “Ya had a bad day...” Stefan threatened Damon with leaving Mystic Falls — and Elena — for good. Can he really quit her, or was he just cranky from his road trip?
