As the Fifty Shades of Grey casting wars continue to bedevil the imaginations of women all over the world, the inevitable question has arisen: which contender would win the titular role if the actors were judged purely on how hot they look naked? After all, "Christian's hot body in E.L. James popular erotic...novel is one of the main reasons he is one of the favorite characters." So which naked heart-throb would prevail. A new FSOG fan poll has put that irresistibly erotic question to the test, and the results were surprising.
A new fan poll pitted two of the hottest Christian Grey contenders against each other sporting only their birthday suits. Vampire Diariesstar and number one contender, Ian Somerhalder squared off against Superman himself, Henry Cavill. Intriguingly, Somerhalder who isn't exactly famous for being big and buff, won hands--er--body down. Cavill was close but not quite up to snuff. That's really bizarre since the Man of Steel star is far more impressive from the neck down than Nina Dobrev's rather slight and slender beau. As one Cavill fan put it, "Henry Cavill is the best fit for Christian Grey. It's like he walked right out of the book." In fact, Cavill has already won a Twitter poll for having "the best and sexiest Christian Grey body." Go figure.
