Smokin’ celeb couple Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev have been hitting the town a lot together recently, not to mention burning up our TV screens on The Vampire Diaries. But now that the show is on mini-hiatus, Nina is nowhere to be found! Where is she, and why is Ian eating alone?
After the popular TVD couple walked many red carpets together on Oscar weekend, Ian headed to New Orleans for a bit of a working vacation. He was there for a think tank for the Ian Somerhalder Foundation, and kept his fans up to date via Twitter.
And from Nina: Radio silence! The usually prolific tweeter has only been heard from once in the last week. Now Ian is back in LA and, according to a recent tweet, he’s still hanging by himself!
“Korean BBQ for breakfast by my lonesome in LA.,” he wrote, “@DanaIanMProject I bet this dude sells more soju than anyone in the world!…”
OK, so apparently he’s got the soju guy to hang out with, but soju is a korean liquor so maybe let’s not indulge too much at breakfast, eh Ian? Starting your day off with Korean BBQ is kind of a weird choice as is.
Food choices aside, what’s going on here, guys? Is Nina taking a page out of Ian’s book, and trying some silent meditation? Is she just taking a *gasp* actual vacation, complete with a break from social media? Let the theorizing begin!
