Vampire Diaries Promo Analysis For Season 4, Episode 15

The promo video for The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 15, “Stand by Me” is a lot to process. It sheds some light on Jeremy’s (Steven R. McQueen) fate — but it calls Elena’s (Nina Dobrev) stability into question. We’ll take you through second by second to try and see if the new vamp is about to snap.
