We’ll admit we were way off last week. We thought Professor Shane (David Alpay) was a goner, but it was Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) who had his neck snapped. So who do we think will bite it in The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 15, “Stand by Me”?
Professor Shane. Hear us out! First of all, we don’t know if Jer is permanently dead. He could somehow come back to life, but we’re not really that confident. Maybe the little Gilbert will then need to be taken out because he craves human brains. Who knows?!
As for Shane, he’s really outlived his usefulness. He’s supposedly keeping Bonnie (Kat Graham) and her Expression at bay, but that might not last for long.
Plus, he thinks he’s in with Silas and the ancient witch will raise the professor’s lost family members. But if Silas is as powerful as Shane seems to think, why would he want to help a mere mortal?
Call us crazy, but our money’s on Shane again this week.
