Lately, a lot of fans have been wondering when will The Vampire Diaries end? There are two ways to answer that question.
The first is, not for another year. The Vampire Diaries Season 5 is already in the works, which is great news. The Vampire Diaries in college — or at least, not sporadically attending high school anymore. Woohoo!
The second way to answer the question is a bit trickier. The CW hasn’t announced the Season 4 finale date yet, but if we base it off last year, we can say it will probably come some time in May.
However, this year, The Vampire Diaries has 23 episodes — as opposed to last season’s 22. The Originals will have a backdoor pilot on April 25, and that’s the equivalent of Season 4, Episode 20.
Provided the final three episodes air uninterrupted after that, Season 4 should end on May 16. We’ll keep you updated the second The CW provides more information.
